Dídac is a public affairs and political strategy professional specializing in institutional advocacy, social mobilization, and the design of positioning strategies for third-sector organizations and other actors with a public impact.

He holds degrees in Law and Political Science, with a specialization in International Relations, from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU, as well as a Master’s degree in Parliamentary Law, Elections, and Legislative Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has also completed specialized training in public affairs at the Autonomous University of Madrid and is currently pursuing the Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at the Open University of Catalonia.

He currently serves as Director of Development at Fundación Fortius, where he leads fundraising strategy, institutional partnerships, and the growth of the foundation’s programs. He also directs the civic platform Principios, where he promotes institutional positioning strategies, grassroots mobilization, and the preparation of reports on contemporary social challenges.

Previously, he worked in public affairs at Grayling Spain across sectors including technology, healthcare, food, and housing, developing advocacy strategies, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and regulatory monitoring. He also worked as a research assistant at the International University of Catalonia on a project funded by the BBVA Foundation focused on the ethical management of risk and human health.

Alexia is a public affairs, strategy, and institutional communications professional specializing in European Union institutions, public policy communication, institutional relations, and strategic positioning.

She holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Navarra, a Master’s degree in Marketing and Institutional Communication from LUISS Guido Carli University, and an Online Master’s degree in Branding from Masterbrand.

She currently serves as Director of Programs at Fundación Fortius, where she coordinates the design, monitoring, and institutional development of the foundation’s programs.

Previously, she worked as Policy Manager for Member State Outreach at DIGITALEUROPE, coordinating relations with national associations across Europe and leading campaigns and events linked to European decision-making processes. She also developed advocacy and communication strategies at FIPRA Public Affairs for international clients in the fields of digital policy, competition, transport, and sustainability.

She is also a member of the Association of Institutional Relations Professionals (APRI) and a member of APRI Brussels.

Murcia, Spain, 2002. He holds degrees in Law and Economics from the University of Navarra.

He has developed his professional career at law firms including GES Abogados and Vicente Ortega Abogados, where he gained experience in legal, employment, and accounting advisory services, with a particular focus on supporting organizations and clients in administrative, regulatory, and compliance matters.

He also has specific experience in the nonprofit sector, including foundations and associations.

He currently serves as General Manager of Fundación Fortius, where he oversees the organization’s operational, legal, and administrative management, as well as the coordination of its legal and financial areas.

Venezuela, 1997. He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Navarra, awarded with highest honors (Sobresaliente Cum Laude) and an International Mention. He currently teaches in the area of Philosophy of Law at the University of Navarra and serves as Deputy Director of the Master’s Degree in Human Rights.

He graduated in Law Cum Laude in Venezuela and later completed a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and a Diploma in Moral Theology at the University of Navarra.

His academic work lies at the intersection of constitutional theory, moral philosophy, and the classical legal tradition, with particular attention to proportionality, the principle of double effect, and contemporary debates on conflicts between rights.

He is the author of El debate sobre los conflictos entre derechos (Tirant lo Blanch, 2025) and has conducted research on the rationality of balancing, the ethics of human action, and the foundations of legal judgment.

He has undertaken research stays at the University of Notre Dame in the United States and at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome. He is also a member of the scientific review committee of the legal journal Persona y Derecho.

He serves as Director of Escuela Hispánica.

Madrid, Spain. Beatriz de León Cobo is a consultant, researcher, and analyst specializing in security, migration, conflict dynamics, and violent radicalization in West Africa and the Sahel.

She works as an independent consultant for governments, NGOs, international organizations, and think tanks. She is also a PhD candidate in Sociology at Sorbonne University.

Beatriz teaches on the Master’s Degree in Political Action at Francisco de Vitoria University and works as an analyst at the university’s Center for International Security, where she directs the “Sahel-Europe Dialogue Forum.” She is also a Research Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI).

She holds a Master’s degree in Defense, Security, and Crisis Management from the Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS).

She is Director of the Spanish Institute for Migration Analysis and of its business forum, Mediterranean Dialogue.

Paris, France. She is a Master’s student in African Studies at the University of Geneva, specializing in the geopolitical analysis of political, economic, and security dynamics in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Following an academic stay at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, she joined the Spanish Institute for Migration Analysis as part of her final-year internship. There, she mainly prepares analytical briefs aimed at explaining the impact of political and security developments on migration dynamics and carries out strategic monitoring of migration flows between Africa, Spain, and Europe.

Previously, she worked at the Permanent Mission of Madagascar to the United Nations Office in Geneva, as well as at the European Parliament.
